Dr. Woolf comes to Hillsboro from California via Rochester, New York, where he completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Rochester. While he practices all aspects of cardiology, he has a particular interest in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound. Dr. Woolf has published research on smoking cessation in coronary artery disease, dyslipidemia, and non-pharmacologic approaches to hypertension.
He and his wife Kirsten have two young boys. Beyond his family, he enjoys exercising, traveling, and is an avid musician, playing guitar and drums. He also is an avid homebrewer.
